If you are aware of our sites being linked from another in such a way that may misrepresent Inspire or mislead the public, please contact the Inspire External Affairs Department by emailing: newsandevents@inspirewellbeing.org and we will investigate.

sharing your contact information with us

Certain data capture areas of our websites (e.g. the Sign Up for Regular Updates function, or our contact submission forms, ask that you submit your contact information (e.g. phone number or email address with us).

If you submit your contact information via the Sign Up for Regular Updates option, we will store your contact email supplied solely for the purposes of sending you occasional email updates on the work of Inspire. Information supplied via this mechanism will not be used for any other purpose without first seeking your express consent to do so. Once on this email distribution list, each communication sent resulting from it will provide explicit instructions on how to opt-out of future electronic communications of this type should you wish to do so. You can also contact Inspire’s External Affairs Department at any time via: newsandevents@inspirewellbeing.org to ask to be removed from this distribution list.

If you submit your contact information via a contact submission form on any section of our website, that information will only be used to respond to your specific enquiry, unless by checking the opt-in button associated to that contact form, you give us consent to add you to our email distribution list. If you do, you will be send via email occasional updates on the work of Inspire (as above) and will retain the ability to opt-out of that distribution list at any time.

Data Protection

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. This information will not be disclosed by us to any third party without your consent unless required by law.

The Data Protection Act 1998 allows you to have access to information held about you by us and, where appropriate, to have it corrected or deleted. There is a maximum charge of £10 for providing a copy of such information. Visitors to our websites responding to advertisements should satisfy themselves that they know how their personal information will be used.

Should you feel that we have in some way breached your privacy under the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998, or you would like to make a request to see, amend or have deleted the information we may hold on your you can do so in either of the following ways.
