community training

At Inspire we have a FREE community based training programme called healthy restart.

Healthy Restart is a programme that explores the core elements of developing and maintaining positive mental health and wellbeing, and is underpinned by the ‘5 Steps to Wellbeing’ approach.

We can adapt our Healthy Restart programme to the needs of your organisation / community while keeping the key learning at the heart of each session. Our staff will work with you to ensure the programme fits your needs.

Our workshops are interactive with activities, discussion and games and to encourage participants to engage and reflect on the delivery topics. But we also understand that topics can be sensitive so our trainers are empathetic, non-judgemental and supportive ensuring that everyone’s wellbeing is at the core of our training workshops.

Heres the details:

  • Our courses are FREE to non-for-profit community and voluntary sector organisations.
  • Organisations can choose up to four options from the menu you can see below.
  • We can run workshops for staff or people your organisation supports.
  • Training workshops are approx. 2 hours long but can be modified if required.
  • Our training workshops can be delivered In-person or Online.
  • We aim to have a minimum attendee number of 12 and maximum of 20 (we can be flexible for groups with specific needs).
  • We can deliver at a time that suits you.

“Just want to say a massive thank you…Catherine’s presentation  ‘being more substance savvy’ was brilliant and the ladies from our Menopause Support Group found it very informative and the tips very helpful. I do appreciate the time Catherine took to make the presentation more applicable to the menopause”.
