Background

Jenine Jamison is a female entrepreneur and experienced leadership coach with 20+ years of experience teaching and leading in the education sector. She is the founder and co-director of Learning Unlocked Ltd an education and coaching consultancy company based in Belfast.

Coaching experience

Jenine has 8 years of experience providing one-to-one coaching, mentoring and group training in leadership development, emotional intelligence, restorative practices and conflict resolution. She has coached leaders in education and industry with ambitious personal and professional goals. Jenine has been an associate coach for Belfast Met. Having transitioned from the classroom to business in 2020 Jenine enjoys coaching individuals and teams who want to take bold steps in new directions and has the experience to help them navigate change.
