WHAT SESSIONS DO WE OFFER?
 
A person-centred and group tailored physical exercise and wellbeing activities such as mixed and Multi-sports, Yoga, Wall Sports and Stretching, Tai-Chi, Chi-Kung, Dance, Netball, Hillwalking, Running, Circuit Training, Football and Walking football, Athletics, Chairtastic and Special Olympic sports. With support elements of online coaching services, support fitness plans and programming, wellbeing events and mindfulness.
 
WHO ARE THE SESSIONS FOR? 
 
Our Physical Wellbeing services are open to everyone, regardless of your lifestyle, fitness ability or skill level, delivered in mixed groups with people of all ages and backgrounds. Our team of coaches will mentor and guide you at your own pace, focusing on outcome and feeling over reward.
 
WHERE DO THE SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?
 
Our Physical Wellbeing team will be situated across all 11 council areas and will have dedicated morning and afternoon sessions in a local community hall, leisure centre or sports facility near to you. Please see the timetable, to follow shortly, for more information. We also have an ability to deliver individual group sessions or activities to organisations, clubs and associations, if you feel this would be beneficial, please contact us.
 
ARE THERE ANY REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS? 
 
All participants must be willing to complete a physical readiness questionnaire, which covers basic health information that you need to take part in physical activity.
 
ADDITIONAL PHYSICAL WELLBEING SUPPORT. 
Our Physical Wellbeing team is on hand to offer additional support, whether this is advice, programmes, providing partnerships with other sports and clubs or literature with handy information regarding your health & fitness.
