There are many ways in which you can get involved and support Inspire. The important thing to remember is that whatever you do, you will be supporting the one in four people that experience mental ill-health every year, and helping to make a lasting difference to their lives.
There has always been a stigma around mental health and people are often too afraid to admit to having mental health concerns. This is slowly changing and with your help, we can encourage those affected to seek the support they deserve.
Mental ill-health can be just as destructive as many physical illnesses, yet the support offered to sufferers is limited. Our funds will provide services directly to those suffering a range of mental health conditions to support them on their road to recovery.
Your money will go directly towards the provision of community-based support services. You can chose to sponsor an activity in a particular scheme, contribute to the purchase of necessary equipment, such as a vehicle adapted for those with learning difficulties, or support the creation of therapy gardens. Alternatively, you can raise generic funds that will be used to deliver services to aide recovery and promote wellbeing.
