To mark this year’s University Mental Health Day, Team Inspire spent the day at Ulster University and Queen’s University Belfast, where we chatted with students about this year’s theme: Human Connection.

Students opened up about loneliness, how it affects them and the small things they do to feel more connected.

With over 90% of students across the island of Ireland reporting feelings of loneliness or isolation, it’s a reminder that no one is alone in their experiences.

Inspire’s PEACE of Mind programme offers practical tools, workshops and wellbeing resources designed to help students build resilience and strengthen connections.

If you’re finding things difficult, Inspire is here to support you:

PEACE of Mind is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
