Who we are 

Right Support Right Time (RSRT) is managed by Inspire Wellbeing and governed by UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and relevant NI data protection law.
Right Support Right Time is delivered by a partnership of seven trusted organisations with Inspire wellbeing is the lead partner. The project is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). 
Partners include – British Red Cross, Depaul, Apex, The Cedar Foundation, Respond and Mencap.

What type of information is collected from you? 

Right Support Right Time need to collect names, DOB, contact details, and any sensitive data (such as health or wellbeing information) shared for service delivery or referral purposes. Images and videos may also be collected, with your consent, for promotional purposes. 
 

We may collect information provided directly by project partners, including names, DOB, contact details, and any sensitive data (such as health or wellbeing information) shared for service delivery or referral purposes.
This is not an exhaustive list, and the type of personal information collected will depend on the nature of your interaction with us.
Information will be anonymised before being shared with external evaluation partners.  

Why we collect your information & lawful basis 

The reasons for the collation and storage of your data is to; 

  • facilitate the successful coordination of the project so that it may achieve its stated public benefit aims.  
  • facilitate delivery of services and that Inspire, as Lead Partner, may fulfil its obligations to the funder – SEUPB 
  • enable publicity and marketing of the project by partners and the funder, SEUPB.  

The lawful basis for the collection of your information includes: 

  • Explicit Consent 
  • Legitimate interests 
  • Substantial Public Interest (Article 9(2)(g)) 

Who has access to your information 

Access is restricted to authorised RSRT staff within partner organisations directly involved in delivering support. Data is shared only when necessary for service provision and under contractual or referral arrangements. Information is only shared between partners with consent from the individual.  

When we might share information
We may share your data; 

  • with partner agencies delivering services; with consent to share  
  • if legally required (e.g. safeguarding, legal orders); 
  • with external evaluation partners for the purposes of monitoring and evaluation (anonymised) 
  • with SEUPB as the funder (anonymised) 
  • only where appropriate and in line with the organisation’s internal policies. 

How long we keep your information 

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil project goals, satisfy contractual, legal or reporting obligations, and in line with Inspire Wellbeing’s retention schedules. When no longer needed, records are securely deleted or destroyed.
