The global Mindfulness authority brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Inspire Team.

Inspire welcomes Frank Liddy as newly appointed Lead Mindfulness Practitioner.

We are delighted to welcome Frank Liddy to Inspire as our Lead Mindfulness Practitioner.

Frank brings over 35 years’ practice-based experience to the role, having developed innovative Mindfulness programmes that have helped to transform the lives of many people across Ireland.

Frank is the co-founder of the Belfast Mindfulness Centre, as well as Compassion City Belfast, and is the Northern Ireland representative for the Mindfulness Initiative UK.  He has also been instrumental in developing worldwide awareness of Mindfulness theory and the positive benefits of practice through an extensive international network.

In joining Inspire, Frank said, “I know from experience, the positive effects that Mindfulness can have on our emotional and psychological wellbeing, as well as our relationships with others, and am looking forward to working as part of the Inspire team to develop programmes that will help people to cope with the daily challenges a busy life can bring.”
