We want to support you to learn and grow in your role and within the organisation. We have a number of processes to help you do this:

  • Our Performance Management system provides the structure for quality conversations with you and your manager and a place to discuss your personal development goals and aspirations.

  • A training schedule is developed every year providing the opportunity for growth and learning

  • Fancy being a trainer yourself? We provide the opportunity for the development of internal trainers which will enable you to develop a specialism and share with your colleagues.

  • We have a number of specifically designed training programmes to help develop our future leaders.

  • We provide support for you to embark on various educational programmes that lead to relevant qualifications.

Our Community

We just don’t think about ourselves, we are always looking at ways we can help support and give back to our local communities. This might be a fundraising event to support a local charity or giving up our own time to support them individually. Our employees don’t just want to engage and inspire each other, they want to engage and inspire their local communities and you can be involved too.
