Q – Can I apply for a position by submitting my CV?
A – Unfortunately not, all our positions require you to complete an application form. This is to ensure the shortlisting process is as fair as possible.
Q – Will you let me know if I have not been shortlisted?
A – Yes, applicants who are unsuccessful at the shortlisting stage will normally be advised of this within five working days (or as soon as is reasonably practicable) after the shortlisting decision is made.
Q - Can I apply for other positions within in Inspire if I am not successful?
A – Yes, if the role becomes available again or you see another then you can apply for these.
Q - How long does the process take?
A – We aim to complete the shortlisting and interviewing process as soon as possible after the closing date of the position. We then allow 4-6 weeks for the pre-employment checks to be completed from the date of your conditional offer of employment.
Q - Who is responsible for administering the vetting and checking procedures?
A – The HR department will be responsible for this and will follow up with you throughout the process.
