As we move into an online way of living, our aim for digitalising our Inspiration Points is to provide you quick links to find a comprehensive range of information, self-help guides and ways to access help to support you.
As we continue on this covid rollercoaster, it is normal to feel worried or stressed. We may now have to spend more time at home, perhaps isolated from friends, family and other relationships that we know are vital to keeping ourselves mentally healthy. It may also be harder for us to do the things that normally help keep us well.
There are things we can do to look after our mental wellbeing during this time, so we have digitalised our Inspiration Points to support you in doing just that.
