Inspire Students promotes and supports positive mental health among the student population across Ireland, while tackling the stigma often associated with mental ill-health.
Part of Inspire’s social enterprise, Inspire Students have worked in partnership with colleges and universities to provide counselling and wellbeing support services for over ten years.
We understand that no two colleges or universities are the same, so work together to design a wellbeing offering tailored to meet the needs and culture of each organisation, seamlessly integrating with existing student support structures.
Our experience tells us that having access to the right support can be key to academic success; whether dealing with the challenges of finding their feet and establishing peer networks, being away from home, or being expected to study and train more independently for the first time, we’re here to help students in college or university successfully navigate that transition.
Available to over 200,000 students each year, our support includes: on and off-site face-to-face counselling, on-site drop in services, 24/7 telephone support line, access to the innovative new online Inspire Support Hub, on-site critical incident support, and mental health awareness raising.
Our network of highly experienced counsellors have a wealth of experience in personal wellbeing and are fully qualified to help young people work through the wide range of issues they may be facing.
