World Mental Health Day 2020

16 September 2020

World Mental Health Day takes place on Saturday 10th October.

World Mental Health Day 2020

To celebrate, we are staging an exciting one-day programme of events – 'The Wellbeing Sessions Live' – promoting wellbeing and the various forms it can take. From morning yoga and live music to advice, discussions and insights, there's something for everyone.

Throughout the day, we'll be championing positive mental health and contributing to the conversations ensuring that everyone lives in a stigma-free society.

Each event will centre on one of the 'Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing' themes: Be active, Connect, Give, Keep learning, Take notice.

We'll be broadcasting on Facebook Live and we're encouraging everyone to tune in and contribute to the online discussion.

You can also get involved by sharing details of our programme – which we'll list on our Twitter and Facebook pages – through your own social media outlets and within your network of contacts.

The line-up is as follows:

9.00am
