Inspire welcomes Frank Liddy as newly appointed Lead Mindfulness Practitioner.

We are delighted to welcome Frank Liddy to Inspire as our Lead Mindfulness Practitioner.

In joining Inspire, Frank said, “I know from experience, the positive effects that Mindfulness can have on our emotional and psychological wellbeing, as well as our relationships with others, and am looking forward to working as part of the Inspire team to develop programmes that will help people to cope with the daily challenges a busy life can bring.”
