National Workplace Wellbeing Day 2017

04 April 2017

Inspire Ireland staff participated in the National Workplace Wellbeing Day 2017 during PMS training on Friday 31st March.

National Workplace Wellbeing Day 2017

The national workplace wellbeing campaign is in its 3rd year and encourages companies nationwide to get involved. The premise is for staff to focus on their own wellbeing by promoting nutrition and physical activity.  The guys in Ireland focused on the nutritional side and enjoyed the benefits of fruit and water over coffee and chocolate!
