Filor Court Supported Housing Scheme is managed by Inspire Mental Health Services, a division of the Inspire group, providing accommodation within the community for people with mental health needs.
The project runs in collaboration with Clanmil Housing Association and The Northern Ireland Housing Executive.
Filor Court Supported Housing Scheme promotes social Inclusion by providing a safe homely environment in which people are supported to develop their life skills and maintain their tenancies.
The scheme, based in North Belfast, is a three storey building offering accommodation to 39 tenants within self-contained flats. A dedicated, professional and friendly team provide ‘Non 24 hour’ Support at Filor Court from 9.00 am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 11am to 3pm Saturday.
Filor Court is a scheme funded through the Supporting People Programme.
Housing Support available one to one
May include emotional based support, assistance with household management, daily living skills, help with budgeting, assistance with domestic tasks, accessing other professionals, help with verbal and written communication, welfare rights and support with a healthy lifestyle.
Housing Support available in groups
May include relaxation, art and craft, cooking for one, chair based activity, film nights, walking groups, basic computers, lifestyle information, weekly communal dinner and breakfast and seasonal celebrations.
Filor Court does not provide care related activities such as personal care and/or administration of medication.
