Altigarron Court offers 24 hour supported accommodation for people with enduring mental health needs in West Belfast. The accomodation is comprised of two bungalows which are joint managed with Choice Housing Association – a larger one that can accommodate up to 7 service users and an adjacent bungalow that can accommodate up to 4 service users.
Conway Walk offers accommodation and non-24 hour support for two service users within their own homes.
The accommodation comprises of two individual flats (one on ground level and one on first level) set in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac just off West Belfast, jointly managed with Habinteg Housing.
Service Users are assessed according to their individual needs, in conjunction with their Mental Health Teams, and the staff at Altigarron Court.
This dedicated staff team promotes and supports the recovery of hope and ambition for a ‘flourishing mental health’ for each individual person, and support is offered to assist them in maintaining their tenancies and providing social support on a weekly basis.
The overall goal is to promote independent living and to improve quality of life based on the ‘Recovery Model of Care and Support’.
Volunteers bring immeasurable value to all areas of Inspire’s work to support people living with experience of mental ill-health. Find out more about how you get involved with our work....
