Woodvale Community Wellbeing Service is located at 32 Ballymoney Road in Ballymena, a short walk from the bus and train station and from Ballymena Town Centre.
As part of Inspire Community Wellbeing Services Woodvale aims to provide individuals with opportunities that promote mental health recovery.
We believe that mental wellbeing is accessible to all. We promote the development of Hope which creates Opportunities to regain Control in your life and re-establish a positive identity. This aspiration can become a reality by equipping you to achieve your full potential and do the things you want in life.
We recognise that recovery means different things to different people and aim to provide support to reach your goals.
Our courses and activities are offered in a range of community venues within Ballymena
The courses we provide will support you to:

• Promote personal development/self-esteem
• Enhance Recovery
• Develop creativity
• Make connections/Social supports
• Develop physical health and wellbeing
Staff are available to support you on your recovery journey and you are welcome to seek additional support as required. Staff available at Woodvale are: Alex, Deirdre, Eilish, AJ and Janet.
Becoming part of Woodvale Community Wellbeing Service:
You can apply to join Woodvale CWS by completing an application form with your Community Mental Health Team worker or your GP. Applications can also be made through other Statutory and Voluntary agencies. We are always available by phone or by visit to Woodvale to provide information to people considering making an application
