Foyle Community Wellbeing Service aims to assist individuals on their recovery journey through a range of innovative groups and opportunities to get involved in the Service.
The service is located within the city centre, in close proximity to Quayside shopping centre. People are referred to the service via the local Community Mental Health Team or Primary Care Liaison Team. A strengths based approach within the service ensures that the groups and activities on offer help you to reach your identified Recovery goals. The current schedule offers a range of learning and development opportunities as follows:

* Links to the local Recovery College and Recovery service forums
Providing opportunities for personal development:
* CBT sessions
* DBT skills group
* Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP)
* Manage the Challenge (long term conditions management program)
* Outreach groups
* Social activities
* Mindfulness
* Art for wellbeing
Provides a range of support:
* Trained staff
* Peer support
* 1:1 support
* Individual Wellbeing planning
* Crisis intervention
