The Inspire Wellbeing facilities a lot of courses and group sessions, which help a lot of people.  The are very beneficial for mental and physical wellbeing.  The staff are very attentive and helpful.

I myself attend the Junction as a member and am currently involved in different groups and courses, which I really enjoy and benefit from practically and academically.  I also co-facilitate a number of courses.  I really enjoy doing these as it really helps my mental wellbeing, I have bi-polar disorder.

I have improved dramatically and my confidence is a whole lot better.  My mental state has improved and also my self-worth.  My life has become more meaningful I am fulfilled.  Academically and practically my skills have dramatically improved and the social side of things as well.  It's good craic and you get to meet new people and make new friends.
