We welcome nominations that can show a real impact and demonstrate how workplaces are going the extra mile to invest in the wellbeing of their staff.
The Inspire Workplace Wellbeing Awards celebrate workplaces across Northern Ireland who are investing in the wellbeing of their employees. We are looking for workplace initiatives, policies, processes and cultures that reflect Inspires vision of wellbeing for all.
>Excellence in Public Sector Workplace Wellbeing (initiatives in any public sector department, organisation or arms length body or government agency)
>Excellence in Private Sector Workplace Wellbeing (initiatives in any private sector organisations of all sizes)
>Excellence in Voluntary, Community or Social Enterprise Workplace Wellbeing (initiatives in any constituted VCSE organisation or group)
>Excellence in Local Government Workplace Wellbeing (initiatives in any local government body)
>Excellence in Supporting Community Wellbeing (initiatives in any sector that can show how employers and employees are supporting wellbeing in the wider community)
>Workplace Wellbeing Innovation Award (initiatives in any sector that involves new partnerships, novel approaches to wellbeing or new ways of thinking about employee wellbeing)
We will also be awarding a Lifetime Achievement Award which will be chosen by Inspire Workplaces Board.
