The ‘Recovery’ Project in Mental Health aims to enable people to live well despite the presence of symptoms of mental ill health.

Ballymoney eating disorder support group

Inspire ED is a Recovery Focused Support Group designed to work in partnership with Experts by Experience to support people to positively engage when they are in active treatment; develop interests and activities that will enable them to sustain their health and well being post treatment; develop the skills, knowledge and motivation to engage in family and community life, and to prevent relapse. A major objective is to enable groups to become self-sustaining and self-funding.

All sessions run from 1pm to 3pm
