Patricia is a Coaching Psychologist (BSc, MSc), Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (AFBPS), Accredited Master Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching (AC). She is also a qualified member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) and has been a professional coach since 2002 working across a wide range of government departments including Health, Education, Finance and also in Private sector companies.

Patricia is qualified to use Insights Discovery, Myers Briggs, DiSC, 360° Feedback tools.

Experience in one to one coaching (Max. 300 words)

Patricia has been providing one to one and team coaching for over 15 years. She is a strong advocate of coaching to achieve faster, more focused results and is inspired by the positive changes she has observed in leaders when they are open to learning more about themselves and their teams.

She connects quickly with people, draws out their strengths, is readily able to understand the organisation’s context and goals and will link these to the coaching. Recent typical engagements include: one to one coaching with a CEO of a Sports organisation to further develop their leadership impact and communication; supporting a Senior Manager to transition to CEO; and coaching a Senior Engineer to engage key stakeholders more fully to achieve faster implementation of a number of highly strategic projects.

Patricia brings some insight from working on schools, looking at staff wellbeing and resilience and finding strategies to enhance this among staff.

All of her coaching is goals based, clear objectives are set out at the outset and this enables progress to be observed. She is up to date on latest models and approaches on leadership and will draw these into the coaching in a practical way, looking at how to apply it in day to day leadership.

The results have enabled a positive shift in mindset, leading to improved outcomes for leaders, teams and their organisations.
