Greg Neville has nearly two decades of experience developing leaders and teams within the business, non-profit and voluntary sectors. He’s an executive coach, facilitator and regular public speaker.
Greg also has around 20 years of experience working with young people from all over the world. For around a decade he was responsible for developing, delivering, and leading youth provision within a non-profit organisation in NI and was also responsible for the organisation’s delivery of youth work and pastoral care in the local community. This work included working with local schools and chairing the local Education Authority’s steering committee - responsible for overseeing the strategic deployment of youth work in that area. He has also worked as a director at one of the world’s most prestigious camps in Ontario Canada, managing a team of around 25 staff to deliver high-quality youth provision and pastoral care. Greg has years of experience coaching, mentoring and training leaders in this area – including those at senior/school principal level.
As an executive coach, Greg brings his passion and skills at working with people. He has years of experience of helping leaders navigate some of the most difficult times of their lives, and helping businesses, individuals and organisations reach their targets. He is qualified as an executive coach through the Academy of Executive Coaching and has experience providing 1:2:1 executive coaching for leaders in a range of sectors. He has coached leaders at MD level, other directors and owners of SME’s.
Greg has designed and delivered countless facilitation sessions. A recent example of this was when he was employed by one of the world’s biggest charities to deliver a coaching masterclass and suite of sessions to train a group of its global leaders in how to adopt coaching as part of their leadership and management of teams.
