Experience in one to one coaching (Max. 300 words)
I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and teams through Coaching since 2013 when I established my own Consultancy, “Headspace Consulting”, (www.Headspaceconsulting.co.uk).
My coaching work has focussed on supporting colleagues from varied backgrounds, predominately those in Education, Christian ministry and the Irish and Northern Irish Voluntary and Community sector. This work has included performance based coach intervention, career development coaching, pre-retirement coaching, faith development coaching and coach support for leaders who seek clarity and courage to face their own personal and organisational concerns.
I am deeply committed to the “co-active” coaching methodology which sees actions, outcomes and courageous goals emerge during the coaching process. Each individual is prized as being creative, resourceful and whole despite their presenting concerns.
By way of hobbies, I enjoy cycling, running a community based book club and supporting Ulster and Irish rugby.
