Time - 1.00pm to 5.00pm. Sessions will run at 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm.

This negativity can spill over and cause problems to our everyday lives. John specializes in helping people understand their minds and gives them the tools to deal with these stresses in a more positive way.
