Time - 9.00am to 1.00pm. Sessions will run at 9.30am, 10.30am and 11.30am.
Studies have shown that mindfulness can play a massive role in reducing stress and anxiety, as well as improving memory & concentration and ultimately improve wellbeing. Expert Mindfulness Coach, Anne will show you how to implement mindfulness techniques and take steps to improve your own wellbeing.
